Q. What's the accomodation like?
Most of our rooms have King size Beds along with 1 double and 1 king single. All of the Sunset Rooms have a large ocean view balcony, Air conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Hot water, TV and a large private Bathroom.
We also have 6 Pool Side Villas 10 x 7 metres, Our Poolside villas have King size beds and 1 King Single. All the Pool Side Villas have Ceiling Fans, TV and a Large Indoor/Outdoor Bathroom with Hot Water. 3 of the poolside villas have an outdoor bath.
Q. Can you tell me about the food and drink?
Bar and Restaurant.
We stock a full variety of local and western cuisine also full list of beverages.
Q. What have you got that's available for rent?

Scooters
Soft top surfboards
Snorkling gear and spearguns with our partner Indra
We also can organise day events such as golf, paragliding, fishing charters/surf charter, spearfishing, waterfalls, hiking, drivers to show you around the area if not comfortable on bikes.
We also stock sunscreen, wax, leashes, tail pads & FCS type fins.

Atm card – atm machine located 1km from baha baha villas we also have an eftpos machine available(when availaible)

We suggest all guests have travel insurance for medical + travel arrangements, missed connections and cancellations as it is out of our hands.
Q. What are the Terms and Conditions? Can I get a refund?
Terms And Conditions
Please note that all bookings are non-refundable.
We require 50% as deposit, if/when the booking is made over 30 days in advance.
Remainder payment is due 30 days prior arrival.

We do not offer refund to shorter stay, even during the stay.
We may offer a voucher to be used within 1 year of initial arrival dates, if can't make your booking dates.
